Us

Empowering Lives, Transforming Community

Extended Impact for health and development is a locally owned Zambian non-profit organization dedicated to fostering innovation and catalyzing positive change in health and development for individuals and communities. Our collaborative network of partners brings together over 50 years of collective experience in health and development, rooted in diverse backgrounds spanning health, development, and research disciplines. Our work is grounded in rigorous evaluations, comprehensive needs assessments, and baseline studies, allowing us to pinpoint and address critical gaps in program management and evaluation.

By leveraging evidence-based insights, we tailor our initiatives to directly tackle identified challenges within communities, with the overarching objective of fostering sustained socio-economic development. Our approach is closely aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), emphasizing a human-centered methodology for health and development support in Zambia and the broader region.
